If you have not prebooked your flight before Thursday September 10th, please visit our information booth inside Golden Jubilee Hall to book your ride.
The booth will open on Friday at 6:00 AM and will remain open for the duration of the festival depending on flight availability.
PLEASE NOTE: We will have a limited amount of tickets available for on site booking during the festival.
The Atlantic Balloon Fiesta team does its best to accommodate groups of up to four people who wish to fly together; however, we cannot guarantee that all group members will be on the same flight.

Individual Passenger Weight Limit: 320 lbs

Flights are weather dependent.
Flights may be cancelled for safety reasons, as conditions at 3000 ft may differ from what you feel on the ground. If your flight is cancelled due to weather, you will receive a full refund.
