To book a balloon ride, please visit the information booth located on-site, inside the Golden Jubilee Hall. The booth will open on Friday at 6:00 AM and will remain open for the duration of the festival. You can book flights for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday starting at that time.
The Atlantic Balloon Fiesta team does its best to accommodate groups of up to four people who wish to fly together; however, we cannot guarantee that all group members will be on the same flight.

Individual Passenger Weight Limit: 320 lbs
For your safety—and the safety of other passengers and the pilot—it is essential that no individual weight exceeds 320 lbs. Please be honest and accurate when providing your weight. This information is used strictly to ensure safe flight operations.
Flights are weather dependent.
Flights may be cancelled for safety reasons, as conditions at 3000 ft may differ from what you feel on the ground. If your flight is cancelled due to weather, you will receive a full refund.
