Indoor Vendor Application
Become an Indoor Vendor at Our Festival!
We are thrilled to invite you to apply for the Annual Atlantic Balloon Fiesta Indoor Market. The organizing committee is actively planning, and we look forward to another unforgettable weekend with you!
Registration Details:
Applications for indoor vendors are currently closed for 2025. You are welcome to apply for our next festival by filling out the form below.
- Fee: $225.00 per 10’ x 10’ space.
- Applying does not guarantee acceptance; all vendor applications are reviewed by the Fiesta Committee, and decisions are final.
- Once your application is accepted, payment will be required. Please wait for confirmation before sending any payment.
- If you wish to share a booth with another vendor, please include that in your application.
Booth Info:
- Booth Size: 10’ x 10’
- Included: 1 table, 1 chair, and 1 electrical outlet (bring your own extension cord)
- Additional tables/chairs: Please bring your own as needed.
- Booth sitters: Vendors are responsible for arranging their own coverage.
- Booth spaces are limited and assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Returning vendors will receive priority, but due to layout changes and new vendor structures, we may not be able to guarantee the same location as in previous years.
- All booths are located on the main floor of the 8th Hussars Sports Centre. A floor plan is available upon request.
Set-Up Details:
- Set-up times and exact locations will be communicated to accepted vendors via email in advance of the Festival.
- Vendors are responsible for providing their own equipment, display tables, chairs, tents, etc., unless otherwise communicated.
- All booths should be set up and ready for business by the time the festival opens; vendors must remain open for all advertised hours, unless prior arrangement is made.
Unloading & Parking:
- Vendor unloading zones will be designated. Upon arrival, please check in at the Vendor Office/check-in point to receive directions.
- Limited vendor parking will be made available. Once unloaded, vendors may be required to move vehicles to a designated vendor parking area to maintain traffic flow.
- Exact parking access points and times will be given in your Confirmation Package.
- Utility trailers may be directed to alternate parking areas.
Important Notices:
- The Atlantic Balloon Fiesta is a family-friendly event. We give preference to Maritime-made crafts and items suitable for all ages.
- The committee reserves the right to ask vendors to remove non-compliant products or vacate the premises if needed. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
- If unsure whether your product is appropriate, please email: abfindoormarket@gmail.com.
Cancellations:
- If the Festival is cancelled due to weather, safety, or other unforeseen circumstances, a refund or credit policy will be communicated by the Committee.
- Vendors who cancel after their space has been confirmed may NOT be eligible for a full refund.
- All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the Vendor Office via email.
