The Atlantic Balloon Fiesta Committee does its best to ensure that as many outdoor vendors as possible have the opportunity to participate, but due to the sheer volume of applicants, an application does not guarantee a spot at the Balloon Fiesta. All vendor applications are submitted to the Atlantic Balloon Fiesta Committee for approval and all decisions are final.

Outdoor Vendors who are invited to participate will receive an email confirmation by June 10 2024. We apologize in advance that not all vendors who apply will be approved. Outdoor vendors who are not approved will also be notified by June 10 2024.

NEW: Food vendors and trucks will NOT be permitted to use generators. We will be limiting food trucks to the availability of electrical power.

No cash will be accepted during the event from outdoor vendors. Approved outdoor vendors will be required to send a post-dated-cheque for the FULL payment prior to the event. We can also accept e-transfer payments. Payment details will be communicated to the approved vendors using the email address in the applications by June 10 2024.

Outdoor Vendor Pricing:

Rental: per 10'x10' space

Non-food outdoor vendors $250.00 per space

Food outdoor vendors $375 per space

Weekend electrical charges per cord and current draw (must be requested prior)

20 amp plug $50 each

30 amp twist lock $100 each

Small silent generators and battery power packs are allowed and encouraged. Food vendors and trucks will NOT be permitted to use generators. We will be limiting food trucks to the availability of electrical power.

How many staff will you be bringing?

Fiesta wrist bands will be issued at registration for all your staff to wear during the Fiesta

How many vehicles will be coming?

Parking passes will be issued at registration for all your vehicles including trailers, "reefers" and personal vehicles. Parking passes must be visible in the vehicle at all time while onsite.

Parking & Shower Facilities

There are no electrical or water hook-ups available for personal trailers. Parking for personal trailers will be across from the Tennis Courts on Perry Street on a first come, first serve basis. Shower Facilities and Washrooms are available for vendors in the arena, doors open at 6am.

If you are ACCEPTED to the event, you must participate for the entire event, all weekend. If you cannot participate for the entire weekend, please do not apply. Thank you.

By Submitting my application I agree to the terms and conditions below:

As a condition of my participation in the Atlantic Balloon Fiesta, I agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Atlantic Balloon Fiesta., Event Sponsors and all other persons associated with the location at which the event is conducted from and against all claims, losses, damages and expenses of any nature whatsoever stemming out of or from any accidents or occurrences in, on or at my location, or arising from the sale of goods or services by myself or my agents or employees. I do hereby fully release and discharge the Atlantic Balloon Fiesta and Event Sponsors and officers and agents, servants and employees from all claims from injuries including death, damages or loss which I or my employees or volunteers may have or which may occur to me and my employees or volunteers on account of my participation in these events. I agree to waive and relinquish all claims I or my employees or volunteers may have as a result of participating in this event, against Atlantic Balloon Fiesta, Event Sponsors and its agents. I agree to abide by the rules and regulations of the Atlantic Balloon Fiesta and agree to remove any items asked by the Atlantic Balloon Fiesta. Outdoor Vendors will be placed according to their footprint, electricity requirements, and whether they are outdoor food or outdoor non-food vendors by the Atlantic Balloon Fiesta Committee.
