Applications to attend the Atlantic International Balloon Fiesta in September 2006 are now being accepted. If you wish to attend this year’s event as a vendor, please print the application, fill it in accordingly, and email as an attachment, Fax, or mail it to Melanie at concessionaire@gmail.com, Festival Office fax; 1.506-432-9446. E4G 2J8 It should be noted that, at this time, previous vendors will be considered first, and that a small amount of space is available. Pricing for the spaces remain at $200 per space for food vendors, and $175 per space for non-food vendors. Vendors will be placed in the plan according to how many spaces they need to set-up, electricity requirements, and whether they are food or non-food concessions. Please note that previously held “spots” may or may not be available. Operator Guidelines are as follows: 1. Concession to be set up between 8am and 3pm on Friday. This will allow for a vendor meeting before the weekend begins. Please contact to make arrangements for earlier entry. 2. Atlantic International Balloon Fiesta Committee will designate concession site. 3. Applicable concession fee will be paid by date specified in contract. Please have applications in by March 31, 2006.
